Who am I….

My name is Lily Zschau, a senior at Elon University from Boston, Massachusetts, studying Communication Design and Professional Sales.

During my time at Elon, my passion for design has grown immensely. I have always had a keen eye for detail, and I believe presentation is everything. When selecting my major, I sought a program that combined both my practical and artistic interests. Elon’s accredited communication program has expanded my understanding of the industry, and I am eager to apply my skills in the job market.

In addition to my studies in communication, I have developed a strong interest in marketing. Pursuing a marketing minor has shown me the immense benefit of integrating these fields. Learning to design and communicate effectively while also understanding how to market these skills has been incredibly beneficial, and I look forward to continuing to develop expertise in both areas.

I am currently participating in Elon’s Study USA 2025 Summer program in Los Angeles. I am interning at Slash Management as a Social Media and Talent Management Intern. I am excited about the experiences and professional growth I’ve experienced so far and looking forward to what the rest of this summer will bring.
